Collection of personal data Personal data is such as can be traced back to a specific natural person – that is, names, (email) addresses or even user behaviour on our homepage.

The purpose of the collection of purely technical data (e.g. status of access, browser software, etc.) is to enable visits to our website and guarantee continuous system security, as well as technical administration. The use of cookies or the Google Tag Manager occurs to the necessary extent, please see the separate statement in the addendum.

1. Visit to the website

When CeleraOne is accessed, the browser used on the end device automatically sends information to the servers for our website. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. The following information is thus recorded without any action on your part and saved up to the automatic deletion after 7 days:

• IP address of the requesting computer,

• Date and time of access,

• Name and URL of the data retrieved,

• Website from which the access originated (Referrer-URL),

• Browser used and, if applicable, the operating system of your computer as well as the name of your access provider.

This data is collected in order to detect and defend against access by malware such as bots or crawlers. Furthermore, we process the aforementioned data for the following purposes:

• To guarantee the smooth establishment of a connection to the website,

• To guarantee comfortable use of our website,

• Evaluation of system security and stability and • for further administrative purposes.

The legal basis of the data processing is Art. 6 section 1 para. 1 letter f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest results from the purposes of data collection listed above. Under no circumstances do we use the collected data with the intention of drawing conclusions about your person.

2. Presence on third-party websites

We are also present on other platforms (third-party websites) such as social networks, e.g. Twitter, in order to provide you with alternative contact options aside from our website.

However, we do not operate these third-party sites. We can rather only use these within the framework provided by the respective operators and with acceptance of their prevailing terms of use and data protection rules. For more information on the data protection rules of the third-party sites, please visit:

Depending on the extent of data processing you accepted with regard to the platform operators, the aim of the third party is to provide us with certain information during your interaction with us on the platform (e.g. followers on Twitter). Please note that any communication with us through these third-party websites is processed by the platform operators and may be accessible to them. You may end this at any time, for instance by not following us on these social networks (e.g. Twitter) anymore. If you wish to access data collected in the past deleted, please contact us or our data protection officer!

The legal basis, in this case, is your contract with the platform operators in accordance with Art. 6 sect. 1 letter b) GDPR. Your interaction with us through and within the platforms is voluntary. If you give us additional information (e.g. in a short message on a third-party website), this serves as precontractual establishment of contact with us (Art. 6 sect. 1 letter b) GDPR). This also applies if you contact us by email, contact form or by other means.
