Laptop Donation to Arche Kinderstiftung Berlin
The need for children to be able to access their school work online remains significant. However, not every child has access to a laptop.
That’s why we at CeleraOne decided to donate our no longer used company laptops. It was essential for us to help locally to be able to make a difference in our area. That is why we came across the Arche Kinderstiftung in Berlin-Hellersdorf, where laptop donations are wanted.
We are therefore pleased to be able to support the Arche Kinderstiftung with eleven of our laptops. These laptops are in perfect condition, and our IT specialists revised them and made them ready for everyday use and homeschooling before we handed them over.
While this is just a drop in the bucket compared to what is badly needed, the more laptops for Die Arche and other facilities are available, the more children can be digitally well-equipped.
About Arche Kinderstiftung:
The Arche takes especially care of children and young people from socially disadvantaged backgrounds. It supports children in discovering their potential, promotes talents, and makes children strong for an independent life.
The work began in 1995 in Berlin on the initiative of Pastor Bernd Siggelkow.
The Arche is now active at 27 locations across Germany and reaches over 4,500 children and young people. The Arche is also located in Berlin-Hellersdorf since 2000. Every day, up to 300 children and young people are looked after in open and fixed leisure activities, such as lunch, help with homework, music lessons, excursions, and sporting activities.
